A. Pre operation inspection

B. Test operation:

2. Whether the power switch self-locking interlock of ah01 # cabinet and ah02 # cabinet can be operated normally when the high-voltage distribution cabinet is fully loaded.

3. The buttons of ah01 cabinet and ah02 # cabinet of high-voltage distribution cabinet must be pressed and cannot be reclosed at the same time.

C. Plug in operation of high-voltage distribution cabinet (the plug-in operation can be completed only after the above procedures and processes are carried out and no problems are found):

1. The high-voltage distribution cabinet shall first cut off all loads such as all high-voltage circuit breakers, and then send in voltage.

2. Turn on the three-phase five wire high-voltage disconnector successively after the high-voltage distribution cabinet is found to be normal.

(it is prohibited to reclose the power switches of ah01 # cabinet and ah02 # cabinet at the same time.)

3. Close the three-phase five wire high-voltage circuit breaker after the high-voltage distribution cabinet is checked and confirmed to have no problem.

4. After the high-voltage distribution cabinet is found to be normal, close the high-voltage isolation switch,

6. Plug in operation.

D. Power off inspection and maintenance:

1. The high-voltage distribution cabinet shall first cut off all loads such as the high-voltage circuit breaker of the outgoing line of the group.

2. After the high-voltage distribution cabinet is found to be normal, disconnect the high-voltage isolation switch of the outgoing line of the group.

3. Disconnect the incoming high-voltage circuit breaker after the high-voltage distribution cabinet is checked and confirmed to be free of problems.

4. Disconnect the incoming high-voltage disconnector after the high-voltage distribution cabinet is found to be normal.

5. Close the grounding device clamp on the high-voltage distribution cabinet, and open the door to enter the cabinet for inspection and maintenance after checking that there is no power.

E. Switching operation:

1. The high-voltage distribution cabinet first disconnects all loads such as the incoming high-voltage circuit breaker:

3. Check the high-voltage distribution cabinet and confirm that the three-phase five wire high-voltage disconnector of ah01 # cabinet has been disconnected correctly, then cover the line high-voltage disconnector of ah02 # cabinet.

4. The high-voltage circuit breaker shall be installed on the back cover of the high-voltage distribution cabinet.
