2、 Construction technology
1. The equipment unpacking inspection shall be conducted jointly by the installation unit, the supplier or the construction unit, and the inspection records shall be made. According to the equipment list, construction drawings and equipment technical data, check whether the specifications and models of the equipment body, accessories and spare parts meet the
requirements of the design drawings; Accessories and spare parts are complete; The product qualification certificate, technical data and instructions are complete. The appearance inspection of the cabinet (panel) body shall be free of damage and deformation, and the paint shall be intact. The internal inspection of the cabinet (panel) shows that the electrical devices, components and insulating porcelain parts are complete without damage, crack and other defects.
2. Equipment transportation shall be carried out by riggers and electricians. According to the weight and distance of the equipment, it can be transported by truck, truck crane, manual trolley or winch roller. The road shall be cleaned before transportation to ensure smooth and smooth. Equipment lifting point. If there is a lifting ring on the top of the cabinet (panel), the sling shall be put in the lifting ring. If there is no lifting ring, the lifting element shall be hung at the main bearing structure at the four corners. The sling shall not be hung on the equipment parts. The rope length of the sling shall be consistent to prevent deformation of the cabinet or damage to components.
3. Installation of cabinet (panel) and straightening of section steel. Straighten the bent section steel, and then prefabricate and process the basic section steel frame according to the drawing requirements, and brush the antirust paint. Place the prefabricated foundation profile steel frame on the reserved iron parts according to the positions indicated in the construction drawings, and level and align it with a level gauge or level ruler. In the leveling process, the number of gaskets required shall not exceed three. Then, the foundation steel frame, embedded iron parts and gaskets shall be welded firmly by electric welding. The top of the profile steel of the final foundation should be 10mm higher than the ground. The handcart cabinet should be implemented according to the technical requirements of the product.
4. After the foundation section steel is installed, the outdoor ground wire flat steel shall be introduced into the room (in cooperation with the transformer installation ground wire) and welded with both ends of the foundation section steel. The welding surface shall be twice the width of the flat steel, and then the foundation section steel shall be painted with two coats of gray paint.
5. The bus bar configuration on the top of the cabinet (panel) requires that the perpendicularity (per meter) is < 1.5mm, the top of two adjacent panels is < 2mm, the top of two adjacent panels is < 5mm, the side of two adjacent panels is < 1mm, the surface of the panel is < 5mm, and the joint between panels is < 2mm.
6. Connect the secondary small wires of the cabinet (panel). Check whether all electrical components on the cabinet (panel) are consistent one by one according to the schematic diagram. The rated voltage and the control operation power supply voltage must be consistent. Lay the control cable connecting line between the phase and the cabinet according to the drawing. After the control line is calibrated, each core wire is simmered into a circle and connected to each terminal board with galvanized screws, eye rings and spring pads. Generally, one terminal on each side of the terminal board is pressed with one wire, and more than two wires can not be pressed, and eye rings are added between the two wires. Multi strand wires shall be rinsed with tin, and no broken strand is allowed.
7. Cabinet (panel) test adjustment and high-voltage test shall be conducted by the test unit approved by the local power supply department. The test standard complies with the national specifications, the regulations of the local power supply department and the requirements of the product technical data. Insulation shake test: use 500V megger to test the resistance of each circuit at the terminal board, and the resistance must be greater than 0.5m Ω. If there are transistors, integrated circuits and electronic components in the secondary small line circuit, it is not allowed to use the shake meter and bell test for the inspection of this part. Use the multimeter to test whether the circuit is connected. Connect temporary control power and operation power; Remove the phase line at the upper end of the control and operation power circuit fuse in the cabinet (panel) and connect the temporary power supply.
8. For the acceptance of power transmission operation, the construction unit shall prepare qualified electroscope, insulating shoes, insulating gloves, temporary grounding braided copper wire, insulating rubber pad, powder fire extinguisher, etc. Thoroughly clean all equipment, power transformation and distribution room and control room. Clean electrical appliances and instrument elements with a vacuum cleaner. In addition, no other articles shall be stacked in the room except for the equipment and appliances required for power transmission. Check whether there are left tools, metal materials and other objects on the bus and equipment. Organize the commissioning, and specify the commissioning commander, operator and guardian.
